  • 2 cups vegetable inventory
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons tamari
  • 2 tablespoons corn flour
  • 1 tablespoon cacao powder
  • Salt & pepper

The best way to Put together Mushroom Gravy [Vegan]

  1. Finely cube the onion, slice the mushrooms and finely chop the herbs.
