  • 1 pie crust, unbaked
  • 4 cups candy potato peeled and chopped into 1/2″ items (about 1 1/2 kilos unpeeled)*

  • 2 tablespoons tapioca starch
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
