Hawaii’s Kilauea volcano has been undergoing a series of semi-regular eruptions since late last year, spewing lava high above its summit crater.
Scientists have reported dozens of episodes following the same magma path, with fountains reaching up to 400 meters, according to the U.S. Geological Survey.
This activity is confined to Hawaii Volcanoes National Park and poses no danger to nearby properties.
Visitors can view the spectacle from designated vantage points, and a livestream provided by U.S. geologists has generated strong interest online.
