  • 1/4 cup date paste
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 1/4 cup + 1 tbsp. non-dairy milk
  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 cup complete wheat pastry flour
  • 1/4 cup flaxseed meal
  • 1/4 cup barley flour
  • 1/4 cup brown rice flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. cardamom
  • 1/4 tsp. allspice
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. powdered stevia
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet vegan chocolate chips, non-compulsory
