To make the crust:
- In a Meals Processor, mix the dried apples, walnuts, 1 cup dates, 1/4 cup coconut oil. Mix till crumbly, about 1 minute.
- Press onto the underside of a 9 inch pie pan.

- Meals course of the rhubarb, strawberries, and remaining dates. Mix till creamy.
