  • 3/4 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 giant clove garlic, crushed
  • 2 teaspoons darkish sesame oil
  • a couple of sprinkles kosher or flake salt
  • freshly-ground black pepper

Garnish:

  • crushed or floor toasted sesame seeds
