  • 1 cup coconut meat
  • ¼ cup coconut water
  • ½ teaspoon probiotic powder
  • ½ a vanilla bean
  • 1 ripe medium measurement papaya

1 teaspoon every of:

  • goji berries
  • shredded coconut
  • pumpkin seeds
  • chia seeds
  • lime juice and mint leaves to garnish

The way to Put together Papaya and Coconut Yogurt Breakfast [Vegan, Gluten-Free]

  1. To make the coconut yogurt, mix the coconut meat, water and vanilla till clean and creamy. Add the probiotic powder and mix once more. It’s best to have a thick, clean yogurt. Alternatively, you may as well use retailer purchased coconut yogurt.
